Campbell's in Camden, NJ is seeking an Associate Scientist, R&D - Snacks Bakery to join our Snacks Research & Development team. The role develops bakery solutions from concept through plant commercialization, supporting bread, buns and related products.

You will conduct benchtop development, pilot plant work, and routine testing, reporting findings with supervision. Collaboration across Marketing, QA, Process Development, and Operations is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• At least 6 months of related experience in food product development.

Responsibilities

• Support product development from ideation to commercialization.
• Assist benchtop prototyping, pilot plant work, and plant trials.
• Conduct routine testing and data collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, QA, Process Development, and Operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field
