Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor – R&D to bridge engineering and manufacturing in our aerospace environment. You will scale our manufacturing capacity to deliver long range, precision strike systems, leading up to 30 technicians and directing shop floor activities with a focus on quality and timelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced aerospace setting, strong communication skills, and experience with MES software to maintain production deliverables

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience supervising or leading technicians.
• Intimate knowledge of MES software.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of technicians to support LRIP production.
• Supervise shop floor activity, including daily schedules and workflow.
• Lead and manage a staff of up to 30 technicians, including performance management.
• Ensure all required skillsets are adequately sourced on the R&D team.
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory.
• Identify and develop training as required from the skills matrix.
• Track and execute on deliverables out of the R&D shop.
• Continuous process improvement.
