Job summary

Castelion Corporation in Torrance, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor – R&D to lead a team of up to 30 technicians on LRIP production goals for our long-range Blackbeard missile program. You will supervise shop floor activity, manage daily schedules, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of technicians in support of LRIP production goals.
• Supervise shop floor activity, including daily schedules and workflow.
• Lead and manage a staff of up to 30 technicians, including performance management.
• Ensure all required skillsets are adequately sourced on the R&D team.
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory
• Identify and develop training as required from the skills matrix
• Track and execute on deliverables out of the R&D shop.
• Continuous process improvement.
