Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a world‑class Production Supervisor – R&D to bridge engineering and manufacturing and scale capacity for precision defense systems. The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic operations to meet tight timelines on aerospace hardware.

You will supervise up to 30 technicians, ensure staffing for required skillsets, manage daily schedules, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast‑paced LRIP environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in an associated field preferred.
• Intimate knowledge of MES software.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of technicians supporting LRIP production goals.
• Supervise shop floor activity, including daily schedules and workflow.
• Lead and manage a staff of up to 30 technicians, including performance management.
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory.
• Track and execute on deliverables from the R&D shop.
• Drive continuous process improvement.
