Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage and execute full and cycle counts at vehicle and warehouse locations, coordinating with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory. The role supports training, asset returns, and process improvements across supply chain activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with district and field service managers, auditing inventories, and promoting accountability within operations.

  • Management of, scheduling, and execution of inventory counts (cycle count and complete) for Vehicle and Warehouse locations.
  • Cycle Counts to be completed by Technician and/or Warehouse personnel.
  • Specialist to support in managing completion.
  • Annual Physical Inventory to be completed by 3rd Party Supplier with support from Technician (Vehicles) or Warehouse team.
  • Support the training and education of Technicians on Supply Chain related transactional tasks specific to inventory control.
  • Excess returns process administration.
  • Working with Technicians to ensure a timely and accurate return of required components.
  • Working with District / Field Service Managers to train, educate, and encourage their support of engagement with Technicians.
  • Coordinate with the Materials Panning Team, Technician, and the Supply Chain Manager to confirm that the material transaction processes drive accountability, ownership, and change to ensure effective and efficient process.
  • Drive accountability within the Operations group for direct ship returns processing back to the central warehouse for processing.
  • Conduct reviews and audits of warehouse and vehicle inventories to ensure that inventory is appropriately identified and stored.
  • During times of limited work activity, support the Supervisor for Warehouse Operations.
  • Work with the 3rd Party Provider of Inventory Analyst, if required for remote services.
  • Promotes engagement and participation in overall materials management accountability.
  • Acts as inventory is their personal wallet.
  • This position does require normal warehouse operations ergonomic capabilities including the ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, climb a ladder with the appropriate safety wear, drive a fork truck, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
