Job summary

You will interface with Commercial, Application Development, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Product Development to translate customer needs into viable technical solutions and execution plans.

The role emphasizes leading technical development of quotes, ensuring appropriate technical rigor, risk assessment, and margin protection across a broad set of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, quoting, or a technical-commercial role.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead quote development from RFQ to submission with cross-functional teams.
• Develop cost and pricing inputs including materials, labor, and tooling.
• Improve quote win rate through competitive, value-based proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional quote execution and governance processes.
• Maintain quote data in CRM/ERP and identify continuous improvements.
