Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders and customer meetings, ensure timely and professional communication through requests, surveys, agreements, and other documentation; maintain accurate customer records across systems; follow up on opportunities and help communicate customer needs internally.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quote, and order information; enter and update opportunities, RFQs, orders, and supporting documentation; keep project records current; support quote revisions and updates as opportunities develop.
• Support Sales pipeline organization; assist with calendar coordination and scheduling; maintain sales tracking information including relevant financial data; gather updates from internal teams; identify outstanding follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming customer and internal communications; follow up with internal teams regarding quotes, orders, requests, and project updates; ensure information is not lost through timely communication.
• Prepare and distribute recurring sales and pipeline reports; provide administrative support to Solutions and Sales teams; assist with additional projects that improve team effectiveness.
