Responsibilities

• Customer & Sales Support including processing and coordinating purchase orders; customer meetings or project discussions, support timely and professional communication through customer requests, surveys, agreements, and other documentation as needed; maintain accurate customer records and information across company systems; and follow up on active opportunities and help ensure customer needs are communicated internally.
• CRM & System Management including maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quote, and order information; enter and update sales opportunities, RFQs, orders and supporting documentation; maintain organized and current project records; support quote revisions and updates as opportunities develop; and ensure important customer and project information is documented and communicated appropriately.
• Pipeline & Sales Support including supporting the Sales team with pipeline organization; assist with calendar coordination and scheduling for the sales team; maintain sales tracking information, including applicable financial or margin data; communicate with internal departments to gather project and opportunity updates; and help identify outstanding follow-ups and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Communication & Coordination including monitor and prioritize incoming customer and internal communications; follow up with internal teams regarding quotes, orders, customer requests, and project updates; and ensure information does not get lost between customers, sales and internal teams through timely and solutions-focused communication.
• Reporting & Administrative Support including prepare and distribute recurring sales and pipeline reports for reporting and decision-making; provide administrative and coordination support to the Solutions and Sales teams as needed; and assist with additional projects that support the effectiveness and organization of the Solutions Team.
