Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate lighting quotations and partner with vendors and the sales team to win profitable projects. You’ll help produce quotes, BOMs, and hand-off documents while supporting the Construction Group and ensuring timely follow-up.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration across purchasing and sales, with an on-site office environment and regular business hours, some after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Industry experience 4+ years.
• Previous lighting quotation experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Job Management software preferred.
• Commitment to constant improvement and teamwork.
• Customer service focused.
• Accurate, detail oriented, and proactive.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and self-motivated.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lighting quotations for your respective jobs.
• Establish and maintain good working relations with key lighting vendors
• Strategize with vendors, customers and sales to win profitable jobs
• Produce quotes, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents
• Support Construction Group sales team
• Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate error-free quotations, timely follow-up, on-time submittals
• Work with purchasing to ensure stock compatibility with agency project strength and support
