Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in material specification/procurement
• Experience generating quotes and processing sales orders in ERP
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving
• Proficient with MS Office tools and quotation software

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order inquiries and problems
• Create quotations to meet customer specifications
• Produce RFQs and compare costs and lead times from vendors
• Gather and provide technical data and drawings to customers
• Enter/process orders and verify accuracy of part numbers and descriptions
• Maintain records of quotes, projects, and contacts
• Close jobs by organizing paperwork and filing
