Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to follow production processes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donated merchandise by sorting, pricing, and tagging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Support backroom and production operations to ensure shop readiness.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and daily workflow.
• Ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor throughout the day.
