The role requires QuickBooks Desktop proficiency, strong A/P/A/R knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills. A professional, discreet approach is essential in this independent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop required.
• Strong understanding of A/P, A/R and general ledger processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliations and reporting.
• Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timely payments.
• Prepare and maintain invoices and expense reports.
• Provide general office support including scheduling, correspondence and document management.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor office supply purchases.
