You will recruit, train and develop staff, implement local marketing efforts, and ensure sanitation and appearance guidelines are consistently met for a welcoming guest experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant/fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
