Brickell Mazda, a member of Murgado Automotive Group, seeks a Quick Lane Technician to join our service team in Miami, FL. You will perform routine maintenance and inspections with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Accurately document all work performed, including services, parts used, and recommendations.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Occasionally interact with customers to explain the services performed and answer questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic equipment.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail to ensure all services are completed to the highest standard.

Work Ethic:

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Driver’s License:

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
