Job summary

Lithia & Driveway’s L0740 DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is hiring Quick Lane Service Technicians to perform routine maintenance and light repairs in a high-volume Ford dealership.

You will change oil, rotate tires, replace batteries and filters, and use diagnostic equipment following Ford standards. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure and opportunities for Ford factory training and career growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Perform maintenance and light-to-medium mechanical repairs independently.
• Preferred experience using diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, and fluid services.
• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, batteries, belts, hoses, and suspension components.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns and complete repairs according to Ford standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership and manufacturer procedures.
