Hacienda Ford is seeking a skilled automotive service technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections to Ford dealer standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate with customers, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality guidelines.

You will road-test vehicles after service, follow environmental and safety practices, and maintain tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues and plan effective repairs.
• Commitment to safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Ability to operate and maintain shop tools and equipment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and A/C service.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and quality.
• Complete service and repair tasks to pass inspections and test drives.
• Disassemble and reassemble parts as needed for repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Comply with OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with parts associates and service advisors to communicate with customers.
