Olathe Ford Lincoln is hiring a Quick Lane Technician for an entry-level role on-site in Olathe, KS. You will perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, using an iPad to document findings.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative team, with opportunities for Ford factory training and internal promotions as you learn new repair procedures and advance your career.

Qualifications

The Quick Lane Technician position atOlathe Ford is an entry-level role designed for motivated individuals looking to start a career as an automotive technician. The role involves performing basic maintenance services and inspections on vehicles, with opportunities for advancement through Ford factory training and internal promotions. The Quick Lane team works collaboratively to service a high volume of vehicles daily, providing a supportive environment for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Replace batteries, wipers, and small light bulbs.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales.
• Inspect each vehicle, record findings, and recommend additional work using an iPad.
