Job summary

Hollingsworth Richards Ford is seeking a dependable Quick Lube Service Technician to join our service team in Baton Rouge. You’ll perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, check and top off fluids, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

We’ll train the right person and value a positive, team-first attitude. We offer very aggressive pay, flexible hours, health insurance, PTO & Sick Leave, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Check and top off fluids, inspect belts/hoses/filters.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly with your team and follow repair orders.
