Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our Quick Lane service guests. Experience in the automotive field is not required; we will train you and give you all the tools and knowledge needed to become an outstanding Quick Lane Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests
• Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle
• Recommending all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest
• Adding job lines to the repair order and making sure your team performs approved repairs
• Finalize the guests’ invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete
• Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle over to them
• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests
• Maintain professional personal appearance
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
• Complete required advisor training assigned to you
