Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Expansions Program Manager to own the upstream QC site pipeline for new launch sites across multiple regions.

You will oversee a regional portfolio, drive reporting on expansion, and partner with Real Estate, Design Engineering and Finance to source, evaluate, and advance sites with risk-aware milestones. Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the QC expansion pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff.
Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Technology and Finance to source and qualify sites.
Standardize site selection criteria and handoff documentation across the network.
Communicate pipeline health, decisions and risks to senior leadership with clear insights.
Identify and mitigate risks early and drive execution-ready handoffs to downstream teams.
