Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Sr. Expansions Program Manager to own the upstream funnel for QC new launch sites, driving the regional pipeline from identification to handoff.
You will partner with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance to source, evaluate, and advance sites while standardizing processes and documenting decisions for executive transparency. Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the site pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance
- Build cross-functional relationships to keep the funnel moving and identify/address challenges
- Standardize site selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and handoff documentation
- Communicate pipeline health, decisions, and risks to senior leadership with actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams to optimize expansion strategy and de-risk site handoffs to execution teams
- Bonus: familiarity with construction or cost estimation to test feasibility early
