30–40 hours per week. All shifts will be between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. June 16, 2026 – August 19, 2026.
Starting Wage Range
Starting at $19.57 per hour. Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
Primary Objective of Positions
To plan, implement, and supervise a theme-based summer day camp program for middle school children, ensuring a safe and fun atmosphere for all participants.
Job Responsibilities
- Help plan enriching curriculum and program goals for 10 one‑week programs.
- Plan and carry out age‑appropriate activities consistent with class goals.
- Manage classroom, outdoor activities, and field trips; supervise and provide guidance for participants; participate in all planned activities.
- Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree in education, child development, recreation, or a related field.
- Evidence of successful experience working with middle school–aged students.
- Evidence of successful program leadership.
- Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
