Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is hiring for a manufacturing associate to operate and monitor production lines in a fast-paced plant environment. The role involves loading/unloading, weighing ingredients, quality checks, and ensuring safe operation on the 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM 2-2-3 shift.

• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
