Responsibilities:

1. Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, package units, and split systems.
2. Tasks include filter changes, coil cleaning, condensate treatment, etc.
3. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Flexible availability
