Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure safety compliance. The role focuses on operating cement/raw material processes, leading a team, and driving continuous improvement.

You will report to the Production Coordinator and serve as senior site leader during off-hours, coordinating resources and maintaining equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of control room experience in milling/kiln operations preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with plant software.
• Knowledge of plant safety policies and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership for the shift and oversee equipment operation.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure environmental compliance.
• Operate plant process lines and auxiliary equipment from a central location.
• Coach shift employees and manage performance per policy.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain shift logs, complete work orders and timesheet validation.
