Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a quarry or industrial environment.
• Experience operating quarry or heavy plant equipment (e.g. crushers, screens, loaders).
• Strong safety protocol knowledge in industrial or quarry environments.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and make quick operational decisions.
• Physically fit for labor-intensive tasks and outdoor conditions.
• Good communication for reporting issues and coordinating with the team.
• Shift flexibility for high-production settings.

Responsibilities
