The ideal candidate will bring industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a safety-first mindset. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with vocational training as a plus.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or quarry setting is desirable.
• Technical proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and welding with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations for plant environments.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and systems to identify wear, malfunction, or issues that could disrupt production.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to a scheduled plan to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize production impact.
• Utilize welding skills to fabricate, repair, or reinforce structures and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with plant management to prioritize maintenance tasks by urgency and impact.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.
