Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a PIT LOADER OPERATOR for the Lawrenceburg Quarry in Lawrenceburg, TN. The role requires operating a large wheel loader to load trucks and support the quarry’s production.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with CAT 988/992, Komatsu WA500-8/WA600-8 or similar, and a strong commitment to safety. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience operating a large wheeled front-end loader (CAT 988/992 or similar).
• Experience with heavy equipment (loader, dozer, track hoe, skid steer) preferred.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to overtime/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a large wheeled loader to load haul trucks feeding the crusher.
• Maintain production pace with loader operation.
• May operate other heavy equipment as needed by pit/yard tasks.
