Qualifications

• Experience in aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for leading crews in a quarry.
• Knowledge of safety standards and MSHA‑related considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate plant operations at a quarry to meet production targets.
• Monitor crushing, screening, and conveying equipment; work with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement for throughput, material quality, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain production, inventory, and shift reports; ensure MSHA compliance.
• Promote safety culture and provide direction to plant personnel.
