Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a supervisor to manage quarry operations and delivery activities for customers at the quarry. You will work with site personnel to keep production running efficiently and safely.

The role requires adherence to MSHA regulations, knowledge of plant maintenance, and supervision of shift activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-shift plant inspections to ensure operational order and safety items are met.
• Enforce MSHA regulations and company policies for safe procedures and environment.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment and compile reports on plant production and maintenance.
• Inspect plant and safety items at end of each shift.
• Grease equipment and clean up at end of shift.
