Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Quarry Supervisor to manage quarry and delivery activities and to supervise site personnel for efficient production. Located in North Carolina, you will oversee pre-shift checks and ensure safety compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing MSHA rules, coordinating equipment maintenance, and producing reports on plant performance. Overtime and at-height work are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred but not required.
• Related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively to ensure understanding of expectations.
• Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes and location changes.
• Overtime work required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet with PPE

Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct pre-shift inspections of plant requirements to ensure operational order.
• Enforce all company policies and MSHA regulations for safe procedures and environment.
• Manages and assists in maintenance of equipment and in compiling reports on plant production and maintenance.
• Inspect plant and safety items required at end of each shift.
• Attitude/cooperation: maintain courteous and professional conduct with coworkers, customers and public.
