Harrison Construction Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Quarry Laborer to perform general labor duties at the quarry under the guidance of a foreman in the eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina region.

This role emphasizes strict safety adherence, daily pre-shift inspections, equipment greasing, and the ability to work in a team. Overtime and flexible scheduling may be required, with competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety policies and procedures for a safe work environment.
• Report problems to Foreperson, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and submit reports for needed repairs.
• Inspect equipment and safety items at end of shift.
• Be flexible with schedule changes and overtime as required.
• Report to the assigned job site and begin work at the designated start time.

Responsibilities

• The Quarry Laborer is responsible for general laborer duties at quarry as instructed by foreman.
• Support with maintenance tasks such as greasing equipment during pre-shift and at end of shift.
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with co-workers and supervisors.
