Kemp Quarries Inc. seeks a Quarry Superintendent for NE Oklahoma to oversee and develop a safe, efficient hourly workforce while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company policies.

The role covers daily operations, maintenance coordination and production reporting to optimize plant and pit performance. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of supervisory mining experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 years related experience or training.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in aggregate mining operations.
• MSHA certification required or obtainable.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee training and development of hourly workforce following company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations including pre-shift inspections, production reporting, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox discussions and ensure safety practices across the site.
• Develop and maintain an overall reclamation/site plan.
• Coordinate with shop for repairs and document maintenance activities.
