Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise training and development of hourly workforce per company policies and MSHA requirements.
• Oversee daily operations: inspections, tracking labor hours, reporting production and equipment usage.
• Coordinate maintenance and inventory for fuels, lubricants, wear parts.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and document safety topics.
