Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–4 years heavy equipment experience.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking English.
• Must be able to use personal computers.
• Demonstrates leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce all federal/state safety policies.
• Operate office tasks, plant duties and mobile equipment.
• Communicate effectively across all operation areas.
• Inspect plant equipment and coordinate with maintenance for preventative tasks.
• Complete daily logs and assist with mining plans and forecasts.
• Operate loaders, dozers, haul trucks and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
