Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking Quarry Laborers to operate rock, sand and gravel plant equipment, batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects. You will monitor controls, maintain safety, and keep the work area clean and organized.

This role offers on-site work in Arkansas with training available; CDL preferred; candidates should be 18+, pass pre-employment checks, and be willing to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years’ related experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects.
• Control machinery from the panelboard, ensuring smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
• Observe gauges and machinery to uphold strict quality and safety standards.
• Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
• Conduct routine plant maintenance and report any major issues to supervisors for quick resolution.
• Assist in repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed.
• Mentor and train newer team members, helping them grow and succeed.
• Performing general labor duties as required—your reliability makes a difference every day.
