Job summary

APAC Central Inc. seeks a motivated Quarry Laborer to join our Arkansas operations. You will operate front-end loaders and other plant equipment, assist in crushing and sorting materials, and ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

The role offers on-site work, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for growth within a long-standing CRH company known for its teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years’ related experience preferred, but training is possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials.
• Control machinery from the panelboard, ensuring smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
• Observe gauges and machinery to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
• Perform routine plant maintenance and report major issues for quick resolution.
• Assist in repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed.
• Mentor and train newer team members to grow in the role.
• Perform general labor duties as required and remain reliable.
