Job summary

Luck Stone Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery in our quarry environment in Richmond, VA. The role requires 2–3+ years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

You will work Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM, in dusty conditions around quarry walls and elevated areas. Benefits start on Day 1 and include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of safe equipment operation experience.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions and outdoor environments.
• Comfortable working around quarry high walls and elevated positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pieces of equipment safely and with high performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, checks, and cleaning.
• Position and operate equipment for loading and unloading.
• Report equipment faults to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
