Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Ability to perform minor repairs on equipment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced quarry environments

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, front-end loaders, excavators, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment
• Coordinate with site management to move materials within the quarry
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements
• Identify maintenance needs to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report hazards
• Participate in ongoing safety training and policies
• Work with the team to move materials and meet project deadlines
