Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Electrical Mechanic to support operations at Millville Quarry. You will diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of fixed electrical and mechanical equipment, read blueprints, and adhere to the National Electric Code.

High-voltage switching and generator operation are involved. Prospective candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, WV Journeyman certification preferred, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a construction, manufacturing, or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; WV Journeyman certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical maintenance in industrial environments.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret blueprints; capable of high/low voltage work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on quarry equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
• Inspect and maintain high- and low-voltage systems to NFPA/Code standards.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute tasks.
• Support upgrades and installation of new electrical equipment or plant automation (PLCs, control panels).
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage for compliance.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
