Qualifications
- Lead safe, efficient production in quarry/aggregates/mining environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, cost.
- Apply MSHA requirements and company safety standards daily.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day quarry and plant operations to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and MSHA rules.
- Optimize crushing, screening, conveying, stockpiling, loading, and material handling processes.
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Lead, coach, and develop staff while coordinating staffing and production activities.
