Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Operations Support Inventory Coordinator for the Toxicology unit in Portsmouth, Virginia. You will oversee inventory movement in the Quarantine warehouse, ensure all products are accounted for, and manage disposition of scrap and non-conforming materials.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include logging and routing files, performing cycle counts, and supporting OTIF targets.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• At least one year of warehousing experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate Excel pivot table skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for material movement in the Quarantine warehouse.
• Document, route, and disposition all non-conforming material and scrap.
• Coordinate scrapping including scheduling pick-ups and staging materials.
• Maintain scrap and return logs and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support warehouse operations to meet OTIF and assist cross-training.
