Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage 20–25 warehouse personnel.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor printing, picking, and shipping of orders.
• Manage daily sales order uploads and payroll for lab supply employees.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to warehouse staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across Government Lab and POCT verticals.
• Create and update work instructions and SOPs.
• Liaise between warehouse and sales to resolve customer requests.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and health/safety compliance.
