Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage up to 20–25 warehouse personnel.
• Experience with inventory and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of Government employees.
• Responsible for monitoring daily reports.
• Open order report, Backorder report.
• Responsible for meeting all site goals as directed by the Site director.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels across Government Lab and POCT verticals.
• Drafts work instructions and SOPs in Ensur.
