You'll translate complex concepts for executive and technical stakeholders, manage long-term relationships, and drive value across research projects. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in enterprise software or similar
• 2+ years Python programming in an enterprise environment
• Experience with logistics, manufacturing, pharma, fintech, or research and education
• Strong foundation in optimization, algorithms, or applied mathematics

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong customer support mindset and provide candid guidance
• Lead regular technical meetings with services, R&D, and support to advance projects
• Translate and present D-Wave's vision, strategy, and roadmap to executives and technical stakeholders
• Communicate customer requirements to internal product and development teams
• Deliver technical presentations at conferences, webinars, and seminars
• Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with customer teams
• Identify and recommend new projects leveraging D-Wave solutions
• Expect 30%–50% travel to conferences, client meetings, training sessions, and sales events
