Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Quantum Integrations Engineer to bridge Infleqtion’s quantum software with partners and end users. You will design, implement, and maintain integrations across cloud, HPC, and enterprise computing environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external engineering teams, API development, and creating deployable workflows that span classical and quantum resources. Strong software engineering fundamentals and quantum familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong software development with Python preferred; other languages like C++, Rust, Go, Java, or Julia beneficial.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Infleqtion quantum software and external platforms and HPC environments.
• Integrate Infleqtion’s quantum capabilities with domain-specific applications and partner ecosystems.
• Work with ecosystem partners to understand architectures, APIs, and integration requirements.
• Develop APIs, SDK integrations, plugins, adapters, and workflow connectors to connect Infleqtion systems with third-party platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations with cloud, HPC, AI, and scientific computing environments.
• Collaborate with quantum software engineers to translate prototypes into deployable workflows in external platforms.
