Infleqtion in Chicago seeks a Quantum Software Portfolio Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across science, software, and hardware groups, and to deliver excellence in R&D outcomes while aligning projects with Infleqtion's strategic goals.

You will manage a portfolio of complex software projects, coordinate resources, budgets, schedules, and risk, and engage external stakeholders to advance Infleqtion's quantum technology to market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, physics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years of project/program management for sensing, communications, computing, or networking solutions.
• 1+ years of experience supporting US government-funded projects.
• Experience with MS Project and Excel for schedules and budgets.
• Experience with software development projects; quantum tech experience a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects into a cohesive program with schedules and budgets.
• Identify dependencies between software projects in portfolio.
• Assess and manage subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate resources across Infleqtion's quantum projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support proposals and contracts with technical volumes, SOWs, and management plans.
• Prepare scope of work to maintain customer satisfaction and manage changes.
• Engage with technical leaders to resource objectives.
