Infleqtion is hiring a Quantum Software Portfolio Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating projects across software, hardware, and quantum initiatives. You will drive program-level decisions, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, physics, or related field.
• 2+ years of project and/or program management experience.
• 1+ years supporting government-funded projects.
• Experience with complex software or hardware projects.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting experience with MS Project and Excel.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects and programs, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate resources across multiple quantum computing projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support proposal development and contract updates with technical volumes and work plans.
• Engage with technical leaders to ensure objectives are planned and resourced.
• Lead risk analysis and mitigation plans to keep milestones on track.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders with clear reporting.
