Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking a Quantum Software Portfolio Manager to lead multi-disciplinary science and engineering teams, guiding a program of related projects from proposal through delivery and market readiness.

You will own schedules, budgets, staffing, risk, and reporting while aligning technical objectives with customer needs and company strategy, traveling up to 10% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, physics, or related field.
• 2+ years of project/program management in technical domains.
• 1+ years supporting US government-funded projects.
• Direct and hands-on experience with software/hardware projects; quantum tech a plus.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting experience with MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects into a cohesive program with budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate resources and monitor progress across Infleqtion's quantum projects.
• Support proposal development, contracts, and risk management plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain customer satisfaction within contract boundaries.
• Communicate with stakeholders across technical teams and leadership.
