Job summary

Everpure seeks a high-impact Manager, Quantum Security to shape and scale a security-focused engineering team for post-quantum readiness of FlashArray and FlashBlade. You’ll own the roadmap, sponsor cryptographic modernization, and partner with Core OS, Product Security, and platform engineering teams across regions.

You’ll translate discoveries into prioritized remediation plans, manage dependencies, and communicate risks to senior leadership while maintaining focus and strong execution across

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software/engineering teams with clear ownership models.
• Strong background in backend software engineering, OS internals, or platform infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs with domain experts and turn input into concrete milestones.
• Track record of shipping complex, customer-facing products using pragmatic Agile practices.
• Excellent communication to align distributed global teams and influence roadmaps across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a dedicated engineering team for post-quantum readiness of FlashArray/FlashBlade.
• Lead end-to-end audit of non-quantum-safe algorithms and implementations across OS and backend layers.
• Create a risk-based remediation roadmap with dependencies and timelines in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution across EMEA, U.S., and APJ with minimal coordination overhead.
• Synthesize security readiness metrics and risk profiles into strategic updates for leadership.
